Do you have a special request for a custom piece of jewelry!? Then we are exactly the right people for you!
You own an heirloom that you would like to have redesigned, or you need support for a completely new custom piece. We will work with you, create sketches, and can also offer you a selection of different gemstones from which you can choose your favorite.
Here's how it works!
You can easily book an appointment for a personal consultation or an online video call consultation through our calendar. Please also leave a callback number for further questions. The more information we have, the better we can prepare for the conversation and your wishes. You can also call us first (0202/39309572) or fill out our contact form.
During an initial consultation at our premises, we will discuss all your wishes. Do you have a long journey and cannot visit us in person? We can also support you with that. We look forward to your inquiry! By phone, video call, or email, we will exchange ideas and designs until we have all the designs for your new piece of jewelry ready.
The on-site preliminary discussion and a Zoom consultation are always free of charge. In most cases, we can provide approximate prices during the initial contact. Before we start with your custom production, you will receive a precise quote and an overview of all incurred costs. Our offer is always valid for two weeks.
Production takes about 4-6 weeks. Do you need your piece of jewelry a little earlier? Please let us know in advance, as we can adjust to that. Each piece of jewelry is handmade by our team in our goldsmith's workshop.
You can pick up your custom-made piece directly from us at Schloss Lüntenbeck in Wuppertal. We are also happy to send your jewelry to you insured. Due to the personalized and individual nature of the item, your jewelry piece is excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Our Materials
Gemstones
In our goldsmith's workshop, we carry a fine selection of gemstones, allowing us to directly cater to our customers' wishes. Do you want a very special gemstone for your custom piece? It is very important to us that we find the perfect gemstone or diamond for you. We will order a selection of stones from our certified gemstone dealers, and you can choose the one that best suits your individual jewelry creation!
Alloys
We craft all our jewelry for you in 585 (14ct) and 750 (18ct) yellow, rose, and white gold. Additionally, we also make selected pieces of jewelry in platinum, palladium, red gold, Hamilton gold, rosewood, or using the special technique of Mokume Gane. We source our recycled precious metals from RJC (Responsible Jewellery Council) certified gold & silver refineries.
Dentist's gold
We use recycled gold from certified refineries in Pforzheim for all our jewelry, wedding rings, and engagement rings. You can trade in your old treasures with us and have them credited towards a new individual piece of jewelry or your wedding rings.

The consultation usually lasts about 1 hour and is free of charge. In rare cases, if the consultation lasts longer than two hours and no commitment is made, we charge a fee for the time spent between €25 and €75.
Materials
Yes, in most cases that is possible. We will examine the material you bring in and, based on our many years of experience, determine whether we can melt it down. If it is not possible, we can also purchase the old gold or credit it towards a new piece of jewelry.
Yes! Gemstones and brilliant-cut diamonds can be brought in and we can incorporate them into a new piece of jewelry.
We work with two gold alloys:
585/000 (14ct) and 750/000 (18ct).
You can choose between yellow gold, rose gold, red gold, white gold, and grey gold. We also craft jewelry in silver, champagne gold, platinum, and palladium.
